Working together in difficult times
Our 10th Integral Leadership Annual Conference this year is on Wednesday 3rd November 2010 at Whirlowbrook Hall, Sheffield.
In these times of tighter budgets, fewer resources, and greater pressures to enhance performance, we are all more conscious of the need to work differently.
We have developed a process through extensive application with several large organisations and we shall be sharing it with you. The process brings together:
- individuals within teams
- two or more teams
- two or more parts of an organisation
- two or more organisations
enabling them all to work together better
The results of this process are being able to achieve more with less in a more fulfilling, vibrant, and enjoyable environment.
As usual our day together will be interactive and fun, giving you the chance to meet old friends and make new ones.
We are very much hoping that you will be able to join us at Whirlowbrook Hall.
For those of you wanting to learn more about the Enneagram, we have some exciting developments planned and we will be letting you know about them in the months to come.
