1995-1999: Formation Director and Managing Director of John
Carlisle Partnerships specialising in Partnering and co-operative
relationships internally within companies and externally between
organisations and in the supply chain. Clients included: Hyder,
Sainsburys, Kavearner, BNFL, Railtrack, CTRL, SmithKline Beecham,
MTRC (Hong Kong), Firmenich (Geneva), BTC, Laings, Yorkshire Water
and British Energy.
1993-1995: Formation Director of Field Enterprise Limited.
Lead trainer with Covey Leadership, Trainer with Robbins Research
International. Clients included: Mars, Caterpillar, Anhauser Busch
and Prudential.
1991-1993: Desk Officer in a Government Ministry responsible
for compiling the 10 year forecasted programme spend for the armed
forces. Duties included daily contact with the Treasury, Mod civil
servants and single services to obtain agreement on annual multi-£bn
budgets.
1990- 1991: Specialist advisor at the Operational Research
Establishment responsible for input and analysis, through modelling,
on defence programme equipment development for 10-25 years ahead.
1988-1990: In charge of an organisation of over 1000 people
involved in community social work and working closely with the forces
of law and order.
1980-1988: Various appointments in the UK and abroad dealing
in diverse capacities from law and order, foreign policy, and running
a project for 8000 people to experience arduous winter training.
Also attended periods of further education of 9 months and 15 months
with multi-national and multi-disiplined delegates.
1967-1979: Travelled widely specialising in communication
and research in a variety of cultures and settings.
